For purposes of determining division record against teams outside of NCS, the division breaks are as follows:
Division 1 - 1950 and above
Division 2 - 1400 - 1949
Division 3 - 925 - 1399
Division 4 - 420 - 924
Division 5 - 200 - 419
Division 6 - 199 and fewer

Per April 2018 BOM Adoption, NCS BYLAW 15.501(F)/22.501(F), BASEBALL/SOFTBALL has been updated:
Participating teams will not be allowed to take batting practice, use pitching machines or batting cages at the game site within two hours of the scheduled game time. The use of regulation, whiffle or other low flight balls may be used for hitting warm-up drills (provided it is allowed by the host facility), with the following exception: regulation balls may not be used for front toss. Only whiffle or other low flight balls may be used for front toss. PENALTY FOR VIOLATION: The game shall be forfeited by the offending team.

 

Coaches: Effective Fall 2018, a maximum of two (2) scrimmages per sport are permissible prior to the first interscholastic contest (league or non-league) of the season.
